Binding Booking & Payment Options

At the end of each valid booking process we kindly ask you to make a 30% advance payment of the entire booking amount by bank transfer within the following 7 days. The remaining sum plus local tax has to be paid via money transfer latest 7 days before arrival.

Sorry, we don't accept credit cards or debit/bancomat cards!

Prices stated on the booking confirmation include water, electricity, heating, garbage disposal, Wi-Fi, PARKING LOTS as well as bed linen and towels. The resort tax is EUR 4,00 per person and night. No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation fee:
• 60 days - 1 month prior arrival: 30 % of the total booking amount
• 30 days – 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
• less than 7 days or no-show: 90 % of the total booking amount
• please pay the deposit payment of 30 % after booking, rest payment 7 days before arrival

The legal right of withdrawal according to Austria's § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not exercised.
But the General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applied, with the exception of point 5.5 und 5.6.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance that covers possible cancellation fees if you must cancel your trip – quickly, easily and online at:

Short Stay Surcharge

For stays up to 3 days we charge a short stay supplement.

Pets

Small pets are allowed only on prior arrangement and for an extra charge. Cleaning fee of € 10.00 per day, food is not included.
