Travel Route to Sölden

If you arrive on the autobahn take the exit towards "Ötztal" - then follow the federal road (B186) through the Ötztal until you reach Sölden. A toll sticker ("Vignette") is required for the Austrian autobahn - Please purchase it at the Austrian border!

Recommended travel route without "Vignette" toll sticker:
Pfronten - Reutte – Fernpaß - Imst
Garmisch Partenkirchen - Ehrwald - Lermoos - Fernpaß
Garmisch Partenkirchen - Mittenwald - Scharnitz - Seefeld

From Italy: via Timmelsjoch High Alpine Pass Road (road toll!) between approx. June and October!

By Train

The nearest train station can be found in Ötztal Bahnhof at about 35 km. Innsbruck Central Station: approx. 84 km from Sölden. Comfy bus shuttles available.

By Airplane

Innsbruck Airport is located about 84 km from Sölden. Driving time: approx. 1 hour. It takes you 3 hours to reach Sölden if you arrive at the Airports in Salzburg, Munich or Zurich.

Ötztal Shuttle

The convenient Ötztal Shuttle is the quickest, easiest, cheapest and most comfortable direct shuttle from Innsbruck Airport to Sölden and back again.
